Close your eyes

Slowly relax your toes

on your left foot and your right

Relax your ankles

Relax your legs and your knees

Relax your hips

Relax your stomach

Relax your chest and your back

Relax your fingers

on your left hand and your righ

Relax your wrists

Relax your arms

Relax your elbows

Relax your shoulders

Relax your face

Relax your head
